Technical design
Technical design is the basis of commercial project engineering. We work with you to set the future parameters for your production process. For example, the following parameters are required in designing a steel belt plant:
- Temperature in the heating zone
- Temperature in the cooling zone
- Length of plant
- Product thickness
- Product width
- Specific density of your product
- Viscosity
- etc.
The technical design is validated by preliminary trials at our test centre. Our specialists in the fields of physics, chemistry and process technology use computer simulation to determine the optimal process parameters. For equipment projects, we also carry out the static calculations for you.
Project engineering
Every new solution involves modifications in the production process. It also involves changes for the people who are a part of this process. Our project engineering and organization specialists not only look at the technical parameters of a new plant – they also carry out a project environment analysis. This takes into account the impact the implementation of your project will have on the social and economic environment.
